For as long as I can recall, I have been fascinated with the enduring nature of journalism and the agile pace at which this form of communication reinvents itself. I have had the privilege of connecting with notable interviewees from every desk in the newsroom.

I worked as the David Jayne Fellow for ABC News in London, an intern for Religion News Service, an editor for Odyssey, a writer for D Magazine and a radio news talk show host. I have bylines in the Washington Post, National Catholic Reporter, Yahoo News, ABCNews.com, Columbia News Service and more.
I have an Honors B.A. from Texas A&M University with a double minor in journalism and Spanish; I have an M.S. from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, graduating in the top 15% of my J-School class. My academic and professional spheres have molded me into an entrepreneurial, ethical, tenacious and curious journalist.
